DRAW ORDER:
*Each ticket purchased before the Bonus Prize ticket sales deadline of Midnight, March 18 is eligible for the Bonus Prize draw for a one-week stay at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico and $1,500 cash. Bonus Prize draw date is March 30, 2010.

**Only tickets purchased before the Early Bird deadline of Midnight, April 29, 2010 are eligible for the Early Bird draw. In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline, then all draws would begin on May 6, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. The first draw would be for the Early Bird prize. This would be followed by draws for all remaining prizes in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value. The top two valued prize draws would be made on May 11, 2010 on CTV’s Live at 5 at 779 Sandwick Drive, Glen Arbour.

***In the event that tickets remain after the Early Bird deadline, then only the Early Bird draw would be made on May 11, 2010. Final ticket sales deadline is Midnight, May 13, 2010. All remaining draws would begin on May 20, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Draws would proceed in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value. The top two valued prize draws would be made on May 25, 2010 on CTV’s Live at 5 at 779 Sandwick Drive, Glen Arbour. After each draw, the winner is recorded and the ticket then goes back in the drum for the next draw.

Tickets purchased after the Bonus Draw deadline will be eligible for each of the remaining 6,169 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 6,168 draws.

All draws, with the exception of those made on television, will be made at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Purdy’s Wharf, Tower II, 1969 Upper Water Street, Suite 1500, Halifax NS B3J 3R7.

PRIZE CLAIM:
All winners will be notified in writing by the professional services firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP as to what they have won and where to claim their prizes. Prize notification letters are addressed to the primary ticket holder only and mailed to the address provided by the ticket purchaser. In the event that a winning ticket is held in more than one name, it is the liberty of the ticket holder to share winning information with those parties. It shall be the responsibility of a winner to license and insure vehicles from the time of their ownership.

All winners will be published in The Chronicle Herald and online at QE2LifestylesLottery.com on May 19, 2010 if all draws are completed on May 11, or June 2, 2010 if all draws are complete on May 25.

As per the Nova Scotia Alcohol and Gaming Authority rules, all winners have 90 days to claim their prizes, After such time, a second draw will be made for all prizes unclaimed after 90 days following the applicable draw date.

Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph by the licensee for publicity purposes.

Ticket purchases are not tax deductible; prize winnings are not taxable.

Total retail value of prizes is approximately $2,663,422.79. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Intended for residents of Nova Scotia.

The following people and their immediate families are excluded from purchasing tickets: The QEII Foundation Board members, honorary trustees, foundation staff and Deloitte & Touche LLP partners and employees.

All ticket purchases are final and returns are not available. Arrangements may be made with the prize supplier to have a prize delivered to the winner at the prize winner’s expense.
