Halifax, NS The QEII Foundation is please to announce that all 68,300 tickets available for the QEII Lifestyles Lottery have been sold two weeks prior to the early bird deadline.
The QEII Foundation would like to thank the community for their tremendous support. Proceeds will exceed $2.5 million and will support priority programs and equipment within the QEII Health Sciences Centre. Since 2003, the QEII Home Lottery and QEII Lifestyles Lottery have raised a combined $37 million for patient care at the QEII Health Sciences Centre.
All 7,210 prize draws, including the two Grand Prizes will be completed by May 17. The draws for the grand prize cottage and grand prize showhome will be aired on CTV’s “Live at 5” that same day.
The 50/50 Add-on jackpot finished at just over $996,000. “ We are so excited about the popularity of this extra prize, and how close the pot came to $1 million that we have decided to top up the 50/50 pot to make the payout exactly one-half of a million dollars”, said Bill Bean, president and CEO of the QEII Foundation.

QEII Lifestyles Lottery Already Over 50% SOLD
Halifax, NS The QEII Foundation announced today that the QEII Lifestyles Lottery is already over 50% Sold.
“The response has been incredible!” said Bill Bean, President and CEO of the QEII Foundation. “The pace of sales has been intense since we launched just over two weeks ago, we urge all those interested in supporting to order today and avoid disappointment!”
The QEII Lifestyles Lottery is offering a grand prize cottage in addition to the Grand Prize Showhome located in the beautiful golf course community of Glen Arbour. Each grand prize package comes with $10,000 cash and both with a vehicle. All tickets ordered before the early bird deadline will be eligible for the “Mercedes-Benz or Money” Early Bird Prize: one winner will have the choice between a Mercedes-Benz SLK 350 or $100,000 in tax free cash.
Over 7,200 prizes will be awarded, including exciting vehicles, worldwide vacations, home electronics and more. Chances of winning are an incredible 1 in 10!
This fundraising endeavour is projected to raise over $2.5 million, which will enable the QEII Foundation to further support patient care, research and other QEII programs.
